269 Offence to fail to comply with reasonable direction (1) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with a reasonable direction given to the person by an inspector under section 244(1)(e), (f), (g) or (h). (3) A prosecution for an offence against subsection (1) must not be commenced unless the inspector giving the requirement: (a) warned the person that failure to comply with the direction is an offence; and (b) gave the person an opportunity to comply with the direction.
