232 Notice of hearing (1) Before conducting a hearing, the Commission must give the parties to the hearing written notice of the hearing. (2) The notice of the hearing must include the following: (a) the time and place of the hearing; (b) a summary of the rights of the parties to participate in the hearing. (3) The time and place for the hearing must be at least 10 business days after the day the notice is given to the parties unless exigent circumstances justify a shorter period.
