225 Director's investigation (1) The Director, on behalf of the Commission, may investigate a licensee or other person regulated under this Act in relation to: (a) the possible commission of an offence by the licensee or other person; or (b) any possible grounds for disciplinary action against a licensee. (2) After completing an investigation under subsection (1), the Director must: (a) prepare a report on the investigation; and (b) give the report to the Commission.
