202 Agreement relating to unlawful wager (1) An agreement, whether oral or in writing, relating to an unlawful wager is void and has no effect.
Racing and Wagering Act 2024 93 (2) No action or proceeding may be commenced or maintained to recover money or other valuable thing that is: (a) won on an unlawful wager; or (b) deposited with a person to abide the contingency on which an unlawful wager was made.
