201 Soliciting unlawful wagers (a) directly or indirectly invites or solicits another person to give or entrust to the person money or other valuable thing; and (b) engages in the conduct mentioned in paragraph (a) with the intention of using the money or valuable thing for an unlawful Maximum penalty: 215 penalty units. (2) Subsection (1)(b) is the fault element for the conduct in subsection (1)(a).
