17 Delegation (1) The Commission may delegate its powers and functions in relation to matters prescribed by regulation. (2) The Commission's powers and functions may be delegated to: (a) the Director; or (b) a public sector employee with appropriate qualifications or experience for the delegation. (3) To avoid doubt: (a) the Commission cannot review or change a decision made by the Commission's delegate; and
