166 Novelty events (1) The Commission may issue rules governing the wagering on novelty events by licensees. A wager on a novelty event is a wager on the results of any event happening anywhere in the world. Example for subsection (1) A wager on the result of an award show or the weather on a particular day.
Racing and Wagering Act 2024 77 (2) The Commission must publish any rules issued under subsection (1).
