14Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission

14 Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission (1) The Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission is established.

Racing and Wagering Act 2024 12 (2) The Commission: (a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and (b) is capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name; and (c) has a common seal. (3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the common seal of the Commission affixed to a document and must presume that it was duly affixed.
