120 Agent of on-course bookmaker (1) An on-course bookmaker licensee must not engage an agent to act for the licensee without permission given by the Commission. (a) the person intentionally: (i) conducts wagering as an agent for an on-course bookmaker licensee; or (ii) conducts the business of being an agent for an on-course bookmaker licensee; and (b) the person does not have permission under section 134 authorising that conduct. (3) Strict liability applies to subsection (2)(b).
