110Evidence

110 Evidence (1) The Tribunal, including a panel of the Tribunal, is not bound by the rules of evidence and may inform itself of any matter in such manner as it thinks fit. (2) Evidence is to be given orally at a hearing, unless the Tribunal or panel of the Tribunal otherwise directs.
