105Expedited hearing

105 Expedited hearing (1) If the panel of the Tribunal considers that an appeal should be heard and determined as a matter of urgency, it may, with the consent of the appellant expedite the hearing by: (a) dispensing with a procedural requirement; or (b) abridging the time required for the doing of a thing. (2) The panel may rely on such evidence as is available at the expedited hearing.
