100 Term of office (1) The term of office of a member of the Tribunal is the period, not exceeding 3 years, specified by the Minister in the appointment. (2) A member is eligible for reappointment. (3) The Minister may grant a member leave of absence, but the leave does not affect the member's term of office. (4) While on leave, a member must not exercise any powers or perform any functions as a member.
