66 Regulation-making power
(1) The Executive may make regulations for this Act.
(2) The regulations may—
(a) specify the manner in which a controlling body is to fulfil its
functions under this Act;
(b) provide in relation to the operations and functions of the
tribunal; and
(c) limit the jurisdiction of the tribunal in relation to any of the
approved or special rules by excluding appeals in relation to—
(i) fines of less than an amount specified; or
(ii) suspensions shorter than a length of time specified.
