61W Confidentiality of personal information
(1) This section applies to a relevant controlling body if neither of the
following applies to the body:
(a) the Information Privacy Act 2014, schedule 1 (Territory privacy
principles) (the TPPs);
(b) the Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth), schedule 1 (Australian Privacy
Principles) (the APPs).
