61R Revocation of approval
The relevant controlling body may revoke the approval of a licensed
wagering operator if the operator—
(a) fails to comply with a condition on the approval; or
(b) stops being a suitable person to hold an approval having regard
to the matters mentioned in section 61L; or
(c) stops being a licensed wagering operator; or
(d) contravenes a provision of this part.
