61H Offence—failing to comply with condition on approval A licensed wagering operator commits an offence if— (a) the operator has approval to use race field information; and (b) the operator does not comply with a condition on the approval imposed under section 61N. Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
