61F Offence—use of race field information without approval
A licensed wagering operator commits an offence if—
(a) the operator uses race field information, in the ACT or
elsewhere, for the conduct of the operator’s wagering business;
and
(b) the operator does not have approval to use race field
information.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or
both.
