42 Assessors
(1) The tribunal may have assessors.
(2) The president may direct that the tribunal, in hearing an appeal, must
be assisted by 1 or more assessors.
(3) An assessor assisting the tribunal may assist and advise the tribunal
on any matter before it, but must not adjudicate on any matter.
(4) The appointment and conditions of office of assessors must be in
accordance with schedule 2.
