14 Application of special rules (1) Special rules apply in relation to— (a) the races or race meeting in relation to which they were approved; and (b) a person or animal participating in a race in relation to which they were approved. (2) For this section, where special rules are approved in relation to a race meeting, they are approved in relation to each race at that meeting.
