10 Application of approved rules of a controlling body
The approved rules of a controlling body apply in relation to—
(a) a person (an affected person) registered with or licensed by—
(i) the controlling body; or
(ii) where the registration or licence is of a kind recognised by
the controlling body for the purposes of the rules—a
corresponding body that deals with racing of the same
kind; and
(b) an animal registered with or licensed by a body referred to in
paragraph (a) (i) or (ii); and
(c) a person who was formerly an affected person—
(i) whose registration or licence is under suspension; or
(ii) so far as the rules relate to the dealings of the person with
an affected person—whose registration or licence is
cancelled; and
(d) subject to any approval by the commission of special rules—a
race meeting conducted by the controlling body; and
(e) any premises owned or occupied by the controlling body.
