83R Review by VCAT of bookmaking licences In the case of a bookmaking licence, a person may apply to VCAT for review of— (a) a decision to refuse an application for such a licence; or (b) a decision to— (i) refuse to renew such a licence; or (ii) revoke such a licence; or (c) a decision to— (i) impose a condition on; or (ii) vary or revoke a condition on; or (iii) refuse to vary or revoke a condition on; or (iv) suspend— such a licence; or (d) a decision to disqualify a person from holding such a licence; or (e) a decision to impose a fine on the holder of such a licence for any matter connected with such a licence; or (f) a decision to warn off the holder of such a licence.
