7 Transfer of race-meeting to another race-course Despite section 6, if a club licensed to conduct race-meetings on a race-course satisfies Racing Victoria, Harness Racing Victoria or Greyhound Racing Victoria, as the case may be, that it is impossible, impracticable or inexpedient to hold a race-meeting or continue to hold race-meetings on that race-course, Racing Victoria, Harness Racing Victoria or Greyhound Racing Victoria, as the case may be, may authorise the club to hold race-meetings on another race-course licensed under this Part.
