50V Failure to comply with notice to produce or attend (1) If the Victorian Racing Tribunal is satisfied that a person has, without reasonable excuse, failed to comply with a notice to produce or notice to attend in relation to a hearing of the Victorian Racing Tribunal, the Victorian Racing Tribunal may apply to the Supreme Court for an order under this section. (2) On an application under subsection (1), the Supreme Court may order the person to comply with the notice or requirement within the period specified by the Court.
