50N The Victorian Racing Tribunal may grant an extension of time for leave to appeal The Victorian Racing Tribunal may grant leave to a person to make an appeal under section 50K or 50M out of time if the Victorian Racing Tribunal— (a) is of the opinion that the person has provided a satisfactory explanation for the person's failure to make the appeal within the period specified in section 50K(2) or 50M(2); and (b) considers that it would be unjust to refuse leave to make an appeal out of time.
