40 Term of office S. 40(1) amended by No. 97/1998 s. 11. (1) Subject to this Part the members of the Board shall hold office for the term, not exceeding 3 years, which is specified in the instrument of his or her appointment, and shall be eligible for re-appointment. (2) The Governor in Council may at any time determine the appointment of any member of the Board. No. 6070 s. 41.
