37J Racing Integrity Commissioner not to prejudice investigations of the IBAC (1) If the Racing Integrity Commissioner is, or becomes, aware of an IBAC investigation, the Racing Integrity Commissioner must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the performance of its functions or duties or the exercise of its powers does not prejudice the IBAC investigation. (2) For the purposes of ensuring compliance with subsection (1), the Racing Integrity Commissioner may consult the IBAC. S. 37K inserted by No. 2/2019 s. 107.
