35D Police powers of entry to a race-course A police officer may, on being authorised by a steward so to do, enter any part of a specified race-course to which the public does not have access and remain there for the purpose of enforcing an exclusion order for the duration of a race-meeting. S. 35DA inserted by No. 65/2013 s. 25. 35DA Advice to Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Board The Chief Commissioner of Police must advise the Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Board (within the meaning of section 14 of the **Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Act** **1985**) that an exclusion order has been made if the person who is the subject of the order has a licence, or has applied for a licence or its renewal under Division 1 of Part II of the **Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Act 1985**.
