35C Notifying police of presence of excluded persons A steward who reasonably believes that a person who is the subject of an exclusion order is at a specified race-course at any time during the duration of a race-meeting, must notify a police officer as soon as practicable. S. 35D inserted by No. 55/2005 s. 4, amended by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 139.2).
