35B Excluded person not to enter race-course A person who is the subject of an exclusion order relating to a specified race-course must not enter, or remain at, the race-course at any time during the duration of a race-meeting. S. 35C inserted by No. 55/2005 s. 4, amended by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 139.2).
