22B Penalty for failure to supply statement of receipts and expenditure or pay net profit from race-meeting to Fund If the net profit from any race-meeting held on ANZAC Day is not paid as provided in subsection (4) of section twenty-two A of this Act or if the statement of receipts and expenditure is not supplied in accordance with that subsection the person club or other body by or on behalf of whom or which such race-meeting was held and each member of the managing body or committee of such club or other body shall be liable to a penalty of not more than 10 penalty units.
