100A Saving provision—Racing Amendment (Modernisation) Act 2018 The repeal of Schedule 1 by section 8 of the **Racing Amendment (Modernisation) Act 2018** does not affect the certification of Racing Victoria made by the Minister under section 3A and published in the Government Gazette on 19 December 2001 and, on the commencement of section 7 of that Act, Racing Victoria is taken to continue to be certified under that certification.
