100 Transitional provision for change in registration of greyhounds—Racing and Betting Acts (Amendment) Act 2001 (1) Despite the commencement of section 16 of the amending Act, the registration of a greyhound, as in force immediately before that commencement, is deemed to continue in force, as if it had been issued under this Act, as in force on and from the commencement of section 16 of the amending Act. (2) Despite the commencement of section 16 of the amending Act, any other registration, permission or other authority required under any rules for the registration of greyhounds as in force immediately before the commencement of that section, is deemed to continue in force, as if it had been issued under this Act, as in force on and from the commencement of section 16 of the amending Act.
