#### 36 Savings and transitional provision 36 Savings and transitional provision > Any act, matter or thing done by the STC that, immediately before the commencement of the amendments to this By-law made by the [Australian Jockey and Sydney Turf Clubs Merger Act 2010](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2010-093), had effect under (or for the purposes of) a provision of this By-law continues to have effect under (or for the purposes of) that provision as if it had been done by the Club. > > **cl 36:** Ins 2010 No 93, Sch 3.4 \[16\].
