9 Take‑off when taxi clearance received, or taxiing for take‑off commenced, before start of curfew period
An aircraft may take off during a curfew period if: (a) the aircraft received taxi clearance for the take‑off before the start of the curfew period; or (b) an Air Traffic Control service is not available, and the aircraft began taxiing for take‑off before the start of the curfew period.
