24 Review of decisions
Application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for the review of a decision by the Secretary: (a) under regulation 11 or 12 to grant, revoke, or refuse to grant a domestic passenger jet aircraft movement permit; and (b) under regulation 15 to grant, or refuse to grant a freight jet aircraft movement permit.
