18 Use of Coolangatta Airport as an Alternate Airport by international aircraft
(1) If an aircraft engaged in an international air service is diverted to Coolangatta Airport, the aircraft may land at Coolangatta Airport during a curfew period. (2) If an aircraft lands at Coolangatta Airport during a curfew period under subregulation (1), the aircraft may take off from Coolangatta Airport in that curfew period.
