16 Other jet aircraft movements

A jet aircraft may land at, or take off from, Coolangatta Airport during a curfew period if: (a) the aircraft has a maximum take‑off weight that does not exceed 34,000 kilograms; and (b) the aircraft complies with the maximum noise levels specified in Chapter 3 of the Annex that are applicable to the maximum take‑off weight of the aircraft (whether or not the Chapter is expressed to apply to the aircraft); and (c) the aircraft complies with the 90‑95 noise level rule.
