### sec.170ZZZE References to person involved in contraventions In this division, a reference to a person involved in a contravention is a reference to a person who— has aided, abetted, counselled or procured the contravention; or has induced the contravention, whether through threats, promises or in another way; or has been in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or a party to, the contravention; or has conspired with others to effect the contravention. s 170ZZZE ins 2000 No. 15 s 39 - (a) has aided, abetted, counselled or procured the contravention; or - (b) has induced the contravention, whether through threats, promises or in another way; or - (c) has been in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or a party to, the contravention; or - (d) has conspired with others to effect the contravention.
