sec.290 Existing associates to senior members
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment under the Public Sector Act 2022 as an associate to a senior member. From the commencement— the person’s appointment as an associate to the senior member continues on the same terms that applied immediately before the commencement; and despite section 212A, the person continues to be a public service employee under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 290 ins 2023 No. 23 s 200 (sec.290-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment under the Public Sector Act 2022 as an associate to a senior member. (sec.290-ssec.2) From the commencement— the person’s appointment as an associate to the senior member continues on the same terms that applied immediately before the commencement; and despite section 212A, the person continues to be a public service employee under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
- (a) the person’s appointment as an associate to the senior member continues on the same terms that applied immediately before the commencement; and
