sec.269 Application of pt 4
This part applies in relation to— an existing tribunal proceeding taken under part 2 , division 3 , to be a proceeding before QCAT; and an existing court proceeding transferred to QCAT under section 268 (4) .
- (a) an existing tribunal proceeding taken under part 2 , division 3 , to be a proceeding before QCAT; and
- (b) an existing court proceeding transferred to QCAT under section 268 (4) .
