sec.259 Appeal started
This section applies if, before the commencement, a person has, under a former Act, appealed to a court against a decision of a former tribunal and the appeal has not been finally dealt with at the commencement. The court must hear, or continue to hear, and decide the appeal under the former Act as if it were still in force.
