sec.251 Proceeding to which a former tribunal was a party
This section applies to a proceeding that, immediately before the commencement, had not ended and to which a former tribunal was a party. At the commencement, QCAT becomes a party to the proceeding in place of the former tribunal. In this section— proceeding includes a proceeding under section 264 . (sec.251-ssec.1) This section applies to a proceeding that, immediately before the commencement, had not ended and to which a former tribunal was a party.
