sec.250 Proceeding not yet started by or against a former tribunal
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a proceeding could have been started by or against a former tribunal within a particular period (the prescribed period ). The proceeding may be started by or against QCAT within the prescribed period. In this section— proceeding includes a proceeding under section 264 .
