sec.248 QCAT is legal successor
QCAT is the successor in law of each former tribunal. Subsection (1) is not limited by another provision of this division. (sec.248-ssec.1) QCAT is the successor in law of each former tribunal. (sec.248-ssec.2) Subsection (1) is not limited by another provision of this division.
