sec.242 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation made under this Act may— prescribe fees payable under this Act; or provide for the form of an oath and how it is to be administered. (sec.242-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
