sec.231 Trust account
The tribunal must maintain a trust account to receive and hold amounts ordered by the tribunal to be paid to the trust account for a proceeding. The tribunal must pay amounts from the trust account as ordered by the tribunal. Interest on the trust account is to be applied to the cost of keeping the account and administering the tribunal.
