sec.217 Influencing participants
A person must not improperly influence, or attempt to improperly influence, a person in relation to the person’s participation in a proceeding, whether as a member, adjudicator, a party or a witness, to act other than in the course of the person’s duty in relation to the proceeding. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
