sec.212A Associates to senior members
The president may appoint a person nominated by a senior member as an associate to the member. An associate is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. An associate holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Governor in Council. An associate is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 212A ins 2023 No. 23 s 198 (sec.212A-ssec.1) The president may appoint a person nominated by a senior member as an associate to the member.
