sec.206ZA Application of ch 5 provisions

Sections 216 , 218 , 235 and 236 apply as if a reference in the sections to an official included a reference to a QCAT justice of the peace. Section 217 applies as if a reference in the section to a member included a reference to a QCAT justice of the peace. Section 219 applies as if the reference in section 219 (6) and (7) to the presiding member included a reference to the presiding QCAT justice of the peace. Section 228 applies as if a reference in the section to an adjudicator included a reference to a QCAT justice of the peace. Sections 233 and 234 apply as if the reference in the sections to a prescribed person included a reference to a QCAT justice of the peace.
