sec.206S Resignation
A QCAT justice of the peace may resign from office by giving the Minister a signed letter of resignation. The resignation takes effect when the Minister receives the resignation or, if a later day is stated in the letter of resignation, the later day stated in the letter. s 206S ins 2013 No. 20 s 7 (sec.206S-ssec.1) A QCAT justice of the peace may resign from office by giving the Minister a signed letter of resignation.
